Engine High Raise Kit

With this, from high quality aluminum CNC machined,  Raising kit the engine is increased about 3 cm in the frame.
No welding on the frame required.

Installation instructions for  Raising kit
1st The four holes in the axle shafts with a 14.5 mm drill 35-40 mm deep drilling.
2nd Cut with a tap M16 x 1.5 threaded a 26 mm deep into the block.
3rd The four threaded inserts attached M12 / L22 mm screw inward (up to 4 mm below the top of motor housing) and eg with liquid thread lock Loctite 270 secure.
4th Screw the increasing rate with the countersunk screws on the housing and check the width, nominal size = 190 mm. If necessary, interfering welds are beige plastered on the inside of the frame.
5th Now insert the motor into the frame.
6th Depending on the model is one of the four original spacers (to be used by the conversion of not more) left between the frame and engine about 3 mm longer. This distance at the corresponding position offset.
7th Screw in the four 6-M12x1.5 60mm head bolts and tighten to the torque in the manual provided.

8th Installation requires proper tools and knowledge !!!!!
